William has been a part of the RSP i-Space on-site team for more than two years. He has helped manage and maintain what is now over a 13 million square foot portfolio.   William works on-site with the Corporate Real Estate team, of a Fortune 500 company, to successfully track 8 million sf of space down to the workstation level (that's almost 35,000 personnel!).  Along with leading the on-site team, William wears many hats in his daily duties, his favorite hat being the Pirate Hat, ARRR... (otherwise known as the allocation hat!), which he uses while managing the space allocations to match the client's ever changing Portfolio.  He does, however, frequently trade in his pirate hat for a Viking Helmet during football season.
