William has been a part of the RSP i-Space on-site team at UnitedHealth Group for more than two years. He has helped manage and maintain what is now over a 13 million square foot portfolio.   William works with the UHG Corporate Real Estate team on-site to successfully track 8 million sf of space down to the workstation level (that's almost 35,000 personnel!).  Along with leading the UHG on-site team, William wears many hats in his daily duties, his favorite hat being the Pirate Hat, ARRR... (otherwise known as the allocation hat!), which he uses while managing the space allocations to match UHG's ever changing Portfolio.  He does, however, frequently trade in his pirate hat for a Viking Helmet during football season.
