Rhonda has been working in the architectural industry for 15 years with special emphasis on Property and Facility Management for the last 10 years. Her training in architectural drafting, property management and marketing, along with her natural affinity for technical problem-solving, making her a perfect fit for CAFM implementation and development projects.  Her experience with IWMS and CAFM systems, containing such clients as Comerica Bank, Securian, Hennepin County, RBC Wealth Management* and RBC Capital Markets*, has given her a strong foundation and keen insight into how different companies handle Facilities and Space Management challenges.  Her favorite part of her job is “putting the puzzle pieces together” to create an innovative solution for the clients’ space management and reporting needs.   Some of her key strengths are her ability to manage multiple project teams and use her excellent communications skills to effectively translate all information between all team members along with teaching them the skills necessary to maintain the project after implementation.
