_Maintaining or Upgrading
We assess your current portfolio using a structured, standards compliant process and tool, to appraise you of current deficiencies, their level of importance, and the cost of repairing them now or the cost of deferred maintenance over time. If you’re thinking about upgrading your existing buildings for accessible or green design, we perform both Accessibility (ADA) and LEED Existing Building surveys.
If you want to take your building into the 21st century, we can implement a BIM (Building Information Model), which takes all your systems, structural and architectural data and plans, and connects them to a live 3-dimensional data model. If you have a new building for which your architect/contractor delivered a BIM, we can upgrade the BIM with all your detailed facilities and asset data, to enhance your ability to use it in the operation and management of your building.

We can provide and implement the tools that help you to track your buildings’ performance: from lease and transaction tracking, to a performance dashboard to benchmark your portfolio across your industry’s best practices, or a CAFM system integrating space data with people and assets.
